Push-Through Bottom Discharge: Unlike standard designs, the through-conduit structure features an open bottom.During closure, the blade actively pushes highly concentrated solids out of the valve bottom, which effectively minimizes sediment buildup and prevents gate jamming.
Bolted Split-Body Structure: The valve utilizes a two-piece bolted body design. This structural layout allows engineers to open the valve body on-site to inspect or replace internal heavy-duty elastomer seats, extending the overall service life without replacing the entire unit.
Beveled Shear-Action Gate: The bottom edge of the stainless steel gate (SS316/Duplex) is machined with a beveled cutting edge, which helps shear through trapped fibers, wood pulp, and slurry particulates during the downward stroke

The Through-Conduit (Push-Through) design features a split-body and an extended bottom. This allows the blade to push solid impurities out of the valve bottom during closure, preventing jamming completely. It is the ultimate "Heavy-Duty Slurry Specialist".
Primary Application: Transporting tailings, concentrate slurries, and coal wash water. The sharp blade cuts through rocks and solids, while the bottom-discharge design absolutely prevents sediment buildup that causes standard valves to jam.
Application: Ash handling systems (bottom ash, fly ash discharge) and FGD (Flue Gas Desulfurization) limestone slurry pipelines in coal-fired power plants. Built to withstand continuous severe abrasion.
Application: Transporting high-consistency wood pulp and recycled waste paper stock that contains staples, plastics, and debris. The push-through gate effectively shears and expels unwanted solid impurities.
Application: Excellent for red mud (highly abrasive) and chemical slurries containing crystallizations or high corrosiveness, utilizing customizable replaceable heavy-duty rubber sleeves.
Application: Interception of raw sewage containing heavy sludge, grit, and gravel. The valve ensures bi-directional zero leakage even when intercepting large amounts of sediment.
Not suitable for main steam lines in power plants or high-pressure petrochem lines. The soft elastomer seals (PU/Rubber) typically cannot exceed 150°C-200°C, and the thin blade design is limited to PN10/PN16 ratings.
Not suitable for food, beverage, pharma, or semiconductor applications. Heavy-duty slurry valves inherently contain cavities that can trap media, breed bacteria, and do not meet Sanitary/FDA hygiene requirements.
Not suitable for dangerous chemical gases due to potential fugitive emissions at the packing gland. For "absolute zero leakage" requirements in dangerous media, Bellows Seal Valves or High-Performance Ball Valves must be used.
